What are the creative requirements for Video ads?

The following file types are accepted: MP4, MOV, FLV, WEBM files under 200MB.

Creative requirements - 16:9 — 1920x1080
                                                  4:3 — 640x480

Bitrate must be greater than or equal to 2500kbps.
