Why was my Campaign rejected?

Campaigns can be rejected for a number of reasons

If your Campaign has been rejected, you have not been charged for any ad spend
You will be emailed to advise of the rejection reason in order that you can recreate your Campaign and resubmit for approval

Common reasons for rejection are:

• Misleading creative (e.g, placeholder images, use of another company logo, etc)
• Payment failure 
• Missing elements (e.g, not selecting an audience)

To maintain the integrity of our platform, we do not accept ads that include or promote the following:

• Violence: Any form of content that incites, glorifies, or promotes violence, including threats, harmful behavior, or the endorsement of violent activitie.
• Pornography: We strictly prohibit explicit content or materials that depict or promote sexual activities, nudity, or adult entertainment
• Firearms and Weapons: Advertisements promoting firearms, ammunition, or any kind of weaponry are not allowed. This includes products designed to cause harm or injury
• Drug Paraphernalia: We do not permit advertisements that sell or promote drug-related paraphernalia, including products or services related to illicit drugs or substances
