What is location targeting?
Location targeting in advertising involves delivering ads to consumers based on their geographic location
This strategy uses data from devices to show relevant ads to users in specific areas, enhancing relevance, increasing engagement, and improving campaign effectiveness by reaching the right audience at the right place and time
During the ad creation process, you can define the physical locations of people you want to target by entering specific cities, states, zip codes, or even map coordinates
There are two options in Clickads;
Reach people everywhere
This is the default location set and will target people across the world
Reach people in specific locations arget people around the world - North America, Europe, and Asia being generally our best served markets. Reach customers on native language sites.

- Region
- Postal code

NOTE - Why do I see both the country and the postal codes in my selection?
If you are targeting specific postal codes but see the general country in which you are targeting also listed, fear not!
This is by design. You'll see the country as a separate keyword in addition to the postal codes, with delivery still remaining to those postal codes.
